GJ's Visit

For those of you who check the blog I apologize for the lack of photos. Life with 2 kids is crazy at times, well, all the time. When the kids are in bed and I finally sit down, the last thing on my mind is the blog. That being said, today I had a rare 60 minutes alone. It was wierd......Grace was playing at a neighbors house, the baby was asleep, and I think I actually saw a tumbleweed blow down the quiet hallway of my home. I finally had time to update the family blog.
The big exciting event at our home is the news that Grace is officially potty trained. That's right, underpants and all! She seems to enjoy her new big girl status but the really gross part is that public restrooms are super neat places right now. Yuck!
Peyton is growing at a furious pace and rolled over by herself for the first time this week. She seems to be the apple of her Daddy's eye with the blondish hair and blue eyes. For those of you who know about her bowel issue's, we are currently on day 12, can't wait for this one to play out......
In April Chris' mom came out and I am posting some photos from her visit. The girls know her as GJ, short for Grandma Judith. Grace really enjoyed spending special time with GJ while Mommy tended to Baby Sissy. Chris and I recently got a night out for the first time since Peyton was born. It was great, but it's a good thing I can't drink because of the breast feeding. I don't think my sweet husband could have got himself out of a bathroom stall by the end of the night. We went to Humphrey's and had dinner and a comedy show with his crew from the firehouse. The headliner was Dennis Leary and he left our bellies hurting with laughter!
